Doing the Asheville sprint Aug 3rd. Invited some family, but they bailed. So, it's just me. This'll be my 2nd Spartan; I've done some other obstacle courses though.

No rope climb? Thought that was at every race. Hate the ropes they use...too skinny and they are always so wet and muddy. But the races are fun. Did my first race in 8 years last weeked...didn't realize how much I missed them

If the pushups are supposed to be sets of 5, I have issues with the last rep of almost every set.

As a 67 year old female, did my first Spartan Sprint in May in the Tampa Buccaneers stadium. Will do my next Spartan Sprint in November in Phoenix .

Pull ups look like a monkey humping a football. Not one correct pull up. The push ups he was bouncing the 20 lbs plate off the floor for momentum.

Doing my first Spartan Sprint Race on June 9th - 2024 Cincinnati Spartan Trifecta Weekend. This has been a bonding experience with my adult daughter. We have been training since January and I am in much better shape than I was when we started. I am definitely looking forward to it and I appreciate your instructions for the obstacles. Thank you.

Great. I did 30 miles in two days at the weekend because I have a season ticket and skipped a few obstacles. 100 miles is insane.
